Tickets are purchased through a secure virtual point-of-sale (POS) terminal. Payment details are handled directly by the bank and are never stored on BAS Museum S.L.’s servers. All transactions are carried out using SSL encryption protocols.

5. Refund policy

As a general rule, tickets purchased are non-refundable. However, the ticket price will be refunded only if BAS Museum is forced to close its premises, provided that:

BAS Museum S.L. is not liable for travel or accommodation expenses in the event of cancellation.

6. Complaints

For any complaint regarding tickets or museum services, users may write to info@basmuseum.com. BAS Museum S.L. will respond within the maximum period established by consumer protection legislation.

7. Limitation of liability
