The work reflects on two complementary ideas: on the one hand, it criticises the art market and the role of collectors, who, through mediation, determine the economic and cultural value of works; on the other, it asserts creative freedom and the intrinsic value of painting practice. This debate is reflected in the title of the series, <em>Brindis<\/em>, in which the piece is situated. At the same time, the work highlights the singularity of Aryz\u2019s pictorial language within contemporary painting. The work is framed within the curatorial core <em>Irony, critique and subversion<\/em>, as it becomes an instrument of reflection and social critique on the cultural and economic values of the art market.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The perspective it brings to the collection:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The inclusion of Aryz in the collection is justified by the uniqueness of his pictorial language, which combines expressive figuration, monumental compositions, and a gestural treatment of paint. His style articulates energetic brushstrokes with intricate details, creating a balance between visual intensity and symbolic narration. At the same time, the content of his work addresses social, cultural, and emotional issues, exploring the relationship between the individual, the urban environment, and the dynamics of the contemporary world.
